Drugs, alcohol, food…you name it, I was ADDICTED to it.
And I was in TERRIBLE shape, 30 pounds overweight and smoked a
pack and a half of Marlboros DAILY…it’s actually a MIRACLE that I am
even ALIVE today.
But fast forward about 20 years…
- I am in EXCELLENT shape, playing tennis daily…
- I take NO prescription drugs…
- I am the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been…
- And I’ve kept those extra 30 pounds off with EASE…
But most importantly, I'm THRILLED to be living life to the fullest
now…NOT ashamed about my looks, NOT hiding my fat under over-sized

Burning Fat Was a Piece of Cake, But Keeping it Off, Well…
Although William’s secret worked better than ANYTHING else I had EVER tried at SHEDDING fat, I COULDN’T keep it OFF – no matter WHAT I tried.

The main problem was that I kept eating the foods I KNEW I
shouldn’t. It was as though “something had taken control
of my impulses…like something had hijacked my brain.
I found myself CONSTANTLY eating too MUCH of the foods I
wasn’t supposed to…and pretty soon, my weight BALLOONED
back up to where it was before and BACK came the depression,

me to STAY within 3 pounds of my IDEAL weight for
OVER 20 years.

William stumbled onto the fact that humans evolved with a “switch” in our cells that when turned ON, releases a SPECIAL fat burning enzyme that literally DISSOLVES fat from your body.
This is the ACTUAL mechanism that is DIRECTLY responsible for BURNING fat in
humans.
As William discovered, when you eat the RIGHT foods, this switch is
flipped ON, your fat burning enzyme is UNLEASHED and you DISSOLVE fat

How Your Body’s Fat Dissolving Enzyme Trims Fat
All Over Your Body, Including from Your Belly,
Hips, Butt and Thighs…
The actual biochemical process of burning fat to turn it into energy is largely
controlled by a special enzyme your body produces called hormone-sensitive
lipase, or HSL for short.
HSL literally DISSOLVES the stored fat that you have – called
triglycerides – into smaller components called fatty acids, which your
body then BURNS for energy.
HSL is what UNLOCKS the doors to your fat cells, setting your fat
FREE to be burned for energy.
But, in MOST of us, the biochemical switch that determines how MUCH HSL
we have, is turned OFF. The result? We get FAT. Constantly.
So how DO we get our fat burning engines FIRING again?
How to Naturally “Turn on” Your Fat Burning Switch…
You shouldn’t be surprised to discover that the SAME thing that controls HSL is the same thing that controls almost EVERY other function in your body – hormones!
And in the case of HSL, the PRIMARY hormone that triggers its release is called glucagon…a hormone you’ve
probably NEVER heard of before, but one that’s CRUCIAL to getting your fat burning engine humming.
When your body needs energy – if, for example, you haven’t eaten in
a while, or if your blood sugar is low – it RELEASES glucagon, which in
turn wakes up HSL, sends it out to do its job, and the fat comes
MELTING off.
So far so good. But how do you get glucagon flowing in the
FIRST place?
The problem, you see, is that there is ANOTHER hormone that can
totally OVERWHELM glucagon, sending it scurrying away into
hiding, and making your body into a very efficient fat STORING
machine.
I am talking about INSULIN.
And, when you’ve got too MUCH insulin in your bloodstream – frequently the case when you’re overweight, and almost ALWAYS the case when you’re diabetic – glucagon goes into hiding, much like dolphins disappear whenever there are sharks around.
Normally your body balances out the two opposing hormones– insulin helps STORE the food you eat as fat for later use and glucagon helps you BURN that fat for energy when you NEED it.
It’s a PERFECT system…when it works right. But for most of us, it doesn’t. Why?
Because there’s something that most of us eat EVERY SINGLE DAY that turbo charges insulin, OVERWHELMS glucagon and COMPLETELY destroys your ability to burn fat.
What am I talking about?
The Two Foods that Destroy Your Ability to Burn Fat and
Turn You into a Fat Storage Machine…
Well, you may be SURPRISED to learn that the answer is certainly NOT
fat. Fat actually has absolutely ZERO effect on your blood sugar and
insulin levels.
No, the answer is SUGAR.
But not just PLAIN sugar… it’s also FOOD that turns INTO sugar
quickly, sends your insulin SKYROCKETING and turns OFF your
fat burning switch!!!
That includes breads, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, corn and nearly ALL
other grains and starches. Yes, sugar and starch are the two types of
food that William discovered effectively KILL your fat burning switch.
And UNBELIEVABLY, our government “experts”
actually recommend that we get 6-11 servings

The only problem is, we humans have discovered a few SNEAKY ways to trick our brains into releasing dopamine to get a FAKE chemical “high”… for example, with drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes.
The “rush” you get from these tricks is fueled ENTIRELY by dopamine. It’s the biological reason WHY you get hooked.
And, as it turns out, the dopamine factories that ignite when you
chug a beer or inject heroin are the EXACT same ones that
fire up when you eat sugar or high-sugar foods!
In fact, some studies have shown that sugar is MORE
addicting than cocaine – a startling fact that Dr. Oz recently
discussed on his show.
And in TODAY’s world, with super-addicting food available
EVERYWHERE, our dopamine factories light up like Christmas
trees, our brains get HIJACKED and we become utterly
HELPLESS to resist that mouth-watering bowl of buttery pasta that’s calling our name!

How quickly will I start to experience fat loss?
